As a lifelong resident of Bel Air, Michele Barrick has cherished connections to so many people, places and events around Harford County. Beginning with her childhood memories of the 4th of July Parade, the Harford County Farm Fair, and growing up in Bel Air schools, she has always been active and involved in the community. As a parent enjoying watching her son attend YCA classes, Michele recognizes the fun, creativity, and confidence that all come from the best culinary instruction provided at Young Chefs Academy, stating “When the opportunity to become an owner presented itself, I couldn’t resist. “Living and growing up in Bel Air and graduating from Bel Air schools, I am very familiar with this community. From the coveted 4th of July parade to the Harford County Farm Fair, I grew up here with cherished moments from childhood to my own children’s forever memories.” “I believe Young Chefs Academy provides an opportunity for children to grow and learn skills that will last a lifetime.
